20th Anniversary is just what it says... a GTI celebrating the 20th Anniversary. it is a 1.8t, with 18 inch wheels, recaro seats i believe, and a nicer interior. It also comes in special (different) colors. i'm pretty sure it's just a 5 speed.
the 337 is pretty much like the 20th Anniversary except with different (in my opinion nicer) 18inch wheels. it only comes in silver, i believe.
the R32 isn't even in the class of a GTI. it's a 3.2L 6 cylinder and it is AWD.

The 20AE and 337 have the same hardware and drivetrain. Both are 1.8T's with 6 spds and TT brakes. The real differences are the rims, available colors, and a few minor trim pieces. Also there were only 1500 337's made versus 4500 of the 20th Ann.
