pretty cool because its simple to do if the phone is on
its a certain number you can call where the phone will automatically pick up without ringing.
i dont know how the fbi does it, but i saw that on beyond tomorrow.
it takes a specific kind of phone and service though, the ones that are like little computers, blackberry and such, its a program you download.
it was all pretty cool
