Mmmmm, The BRAKE Lines from the EX will fit the Si calipers, But you do know you'll have to buy Si e-brake cables.... right?
The EX ones will not work.

What part of the line did the previous owner cut, before or after the coupling/connector?

G/L with the swap, It's pretty easy to do except for the cable swap, unless you have small hands and a lot of patience.
