They come with a larger washer to put in to hold more tension on the spring. It is only a matter of undoing the 4 allen head bolts on top and swapping it out. Mine holds fine at 18.5psi on a larger turbo flowing alot more cfm.
I don't think mine came with such a washer. I didn't see it mentioned in any of the instructions either.
