So I have a 99 Crown Vic PI that needs help. I few months ago something happened and I now have a hole in the side of the block.

The main thing is that I live in a condo and nowhere do work on the car and I just dont have the tools to do the work.

Anyone know of anyone that could do the work without raping me, and is in the St. Pete area?
