this is a "complete" head with cams , cam gears, valve cover, throttel body, intake, and pr3 ecu. it came off a b16a1 it was in my ef hatch when i got it . it had a spun rod so i pulled the head and put a fresh ls in it. unsure of the milage on the head. if it doesnt sell ill use it for my ls/vtec.
