It's weird, after I clean it, it works fine. But after a week of driving, there is alot of carbon buildup on it. The car runs rich for the spray and since I don't spray everytime I drive it it's possibly just getting overloaded.

Somebody else told me that BBK's need to be cleaned often but once a week is ridiculous.
