trust me, any technician that works @ mastro can tell the difference between transmission & engine oil.. its like comparing syrup to water (maybe a little exageration).

your going to pull the car in to mastro and tell them your problem(s)... they are going to have a licensed technician look at it and then they'll call you within an hour and it'll sound a little something like this,

"hello _______, this is _______ from Mastro Subaru. Well, we think we've figured out the reason your engine has locked up... it seems like whoever did your last oil change used transmission oil instead of the recommended engine oil."

"Well is this covered by my warranty?"

"no sir, Subaru cannot honor your warranty because the damage was caused by whoever did your last oil change. We can replace the engine if you would like Kano, but its going to have to come out of your pocket."
