Those PYLE comments got me lauging by myself--again... Anyway, as some know, I am a used car dealer also-IE: I can get just about any vehicle, any condition, and fairly cheap. Not sure I have ever heard of two shops working together but since Toby's shop and mine are at two different ends of planet Tampa basically, we don't really share any customer base as far as competition goes. That being said, I would probably be willing to donate a cheap-ish vehicle (probably with a million miles though), Toby donate equipment, TR members donate labor or whatever. Since it would be held under my dealer license, myself or any of my employees could drive it with my dealer plate, but insurance would only cover collision-and only for what the vehicle hits (dealer insurance is crazy expensive and covers less than your personal insurance). As far as ownership, I guess there would have to be a contract written up because basically it would be MCOR's vehicle, with Toby's equipment in it. Or, I could just get the vehicle really cheap and do the final transfer for whomever wanted to register and insure it? There are a few options. But I am game to help out-TR has been good to us over the years...
