crazy. I bought a $450 video card back in the day from an ebay member. Same thing happened to me - Paypal was in my favor, but they couldn't issue me credit since he pulled the funds from the account. Ultimately, they cancelled his account as there were multiple claims from ebay members for the same video card (they were "buy it now" auctions with "8 available")... fraudulent punks.
