Very true but the safcII was a gift so I bought the gm maft. And I also have a wideband but your right, a link would probably be better.

"Just make sure you have a logger and a wideband. I have experience with this setup, and since you have nothing to account for timing, you had better watch your knock and other engine vitals. It's also a tempermental system when it comes to weather changes etc., and it always seems to need some fine tuning. Other than that, I'd say it's a descent setup but you'll want link in the future."

Your def right on that, weather had a big part to do with it.
