Pulled the shit motor. Drilled out pilot bearing, put in new pilot bearing, put new clutch on, transfered tranny all to the new motor. Dropped the new motor in (it was fucking 20 degrees outside while we were doing that. never again) started hooking shit up. I have to finish it tomorrow or im screwed so yea, busy day I guess.
