For starters you will need gauges(boost, oil psi, Wideband A/F, blah..)
Invest in a turbo timer, not necessary, but it will save you money in the long run by helping cool your turbo down.
A chipped ECU, or full standalone EMS for tuning purposes.
Walbro 255lph fuel pump.
A good clutch
Thoes are just the basics you should get for a turbo project. You can go a step further and go ls/vtec, gsr/b16 tranny, LSD, beefier axels, slicks, good suspension, traction bars, forged internals, blahhhh blahhhh...
