The way I do my border it always just comes out like that.
Select>all
Select>modify>border>15 >OK
then i get paint tool and paint it black . it just comes out faded. how do u get it solid
OMFG!!! I never knew that, I always go through the longest damn process to do my borders =[ I feel so retarded, I quit at life.
I even have a border saved as a .psd or what ever the photoshop file set to my usual resolutions so I can just paste on the pictures
