There are all sorts of versions of quick releases on Ebay for pretty cheap.
I had a NR-G QR along with a Momo Hub and Personal Steering wheel on my '00 Si and loved it.

The Quick Release bolts onto the hub, Then the wheel gets bolted onto the QR, So half of the QR stays on the wheel and the other half stays on the Hub.

Momo wheels do not adapt to Personal/Nardi wheels, so you would need an adaptor, But most QR's are universal to hubs and wheels.
