And that's what he'd have to be if he could even consider beating that M3 in a GSX. If he was dumb enough to try racing some one without talking or signaling, bouncing off the limiter, etc. He deserved what he got. If you guys are confused at all about the power/weight differences, let me give you a quick summary:
M3 (stock) - 333hp 252 ft-lbs of torque 3415lbs
GSX (stock) - 210hp 214 ft-lbs of torque 3270lbs
If you do a quick mathematical equation, you'd find that the M3 has about 150lbs and 120hp MORE than the newest (1999) GSX's. Hence, no contest. Now say (in theory) if he was a heavy performance modder and got more HP out of his car, dont you think he'd have a bit more respect and knowledge for his car than obviously shown?
why are you comparing stock numbers???? we all know the gsx would lose if it were stock, but as stated like 3 or 4 times not, its stock, it was running a Green turbo with the necessary back up mods, a green will easily put an awd DSM into the mid to low 12's on conservative tune and deep 11's on more aggressive tune, stock M3's run 13.2's or so, so as far as that goes, the M3, if stock mind you, was toast and was totally outmatched as far as striaght line acceleration goes...mind you im not defending this kid, im defending that a car on that kinda setup will kick the shit out of basically 90% of cars it races on the street, and the M3 is included, i ran a turbo that was inferior to a green and pulled an M3 down with little trouble at all and not straining the boost, and in closing, heres what we've concluded...the M3 would not beat that particular GSX in any kind of straight line racing, roll or stop, the driver of the GSX should be shot and should immediately give me his $1300 turbo and deserved to blow his motor up for bouncing of rev limiter when racing a car he didn't even need to strain his car on to beat, and being a homosexual buttsex
