ok, i have a 95 civic lx 4 door, the brake pedal had a vibration when i hit the brakes so i got my mom's bf to turn the rotors, that fixed the vibration. The problem now is it takes longer to stop the car. the best way to describe it is the brakes are not catching... any ideas on what to do???
