The cam's and rockers, yes obviously, and if you switch out the parts, you will see similar numbers to that of the a2. I assumed he was asking why Honda limited the rpms on the a3. The bottom end is not fine and it's not because the a2's crank is physically stronger, it's a balancing and lubrication issue at high rpm's between the two motors. That is why Honda did it that way.
