i didn't know using a dohc psp with a sr20 bracket and pulley....

the pulley on my psp is stuck and it won't spin freely. it was working before and yesterday brought a new belt and put it on....it was making loud noises and saw smoke coming from the pump. burning rubber....
so does it mean that i should replace the whole pump or just the pulley?
