The lock is easy to remove. Open the trunk and look at it. It's pretty self-explanatory. Remove two bolts (I believe to be 10mm) and then remove the the clip the holds the lock in place. Then just put about 5 coats of Automotive Paint (T100 - Black) from Discount/Advance and a coat or so of clearcoat. You can do that or pay a little bit more and get the Mopar Spray Can (PX8 - Black) to color match the car.

Your just painting the lock. I suggest you take it out to paint it though not leave it on the car and tape around it

Painting it black to go with the rest of the black scheme you got going.
