HHMMmmm....Well, if it is an eclipse (DSM) and it's not the origional motor, it is most likely an upgrade. For an older Eclipse, the obvious swap would be from a 1.8l 4g37 to a 4g63(t). For a second generation Eclipse, it would be either the 420a or the 4g64 stock, that would have been swapped for a 4g63(t). Either way, it sounds to me as though it would be a 4g63, and I have several available.
