Reasons I hate taking my bike to the stealership for service....

1. the trailer-park grease monkey behind the counter... Ignorant, distracted, thinks everyone is a sucker

2. inflated labor... a chain replacement takes an experienced mechanic 15-20 min max, not an hour.

3. wait time... a customer should not have to wait around for 1-3 hours for an oil change or tires

4. waiting area with chairs & tv/magazines... car shops have them, why not bike shops? There's not enough stuff in the store to keep me busy for 1-3 hours.
