ive had these problems before.
You tell them you know it needs something and they come back and tell you anyways.
uhm...you need friendly people behind the counter.

i deal with Westcoast and the guy behind the service desk is an absolute ass...i cant stand him...i had to put down on my ticket in the computer not to give me him and for me to deal with Valeska.

Biggest thing is make sure there is people behind the counter who want to be there and hwo actually want to help...not just sell shit.
