I need to get cash to finish another project so looking to sell my Ranger. Its a 93 2wd XLT with a 4.0 v6. The tranny is out of an aerostar and is geared lower so it would be ideal to lift with big tires or lower on some big rims and still be able to have some tread. I picked this up in a trade a couple months back and did everything basic (plugs, wires, fuel filter, radiator flush, oil change - well its has 2 actually since then, air filter etc). She runs really strong. I have driven this to Tampa and St Pete a few times from Spring Hill no issues at all even at 80+ on the freeway.
It has a new windshield thanks to insurance as well. It does need a couple of things listed below if you want a perfect veichle but its a good work truck or play toy. The tires are in good shape and have plenty of tread on them. It also has air shocks in the rear to load level and they hold air properly.
The interior is dyed black and green. I have not put the carpet down so all the panels are not back in yet but they will be by the time of sale. The seats are grey and will be that color at time of sale.
I have a clean title in hand for this. I am looking to get 1300 without the Tonneau cover and 1500 with it.
What it needs
Rear brakes - this might be done by the time sold - stops great just get some rear pulse already did the ABS sensor so I know its just shoes.
Paint - what car\truck on TR doesn't. No major rust spots and the couple of black paint spots you see in the pics are auto primer not walmart junk. Along with that there are some minor dings and dents most notiable are the bumpers. The rear I planned on doing a roll pan so who cares and the front would get a new bracket anyways if you lift it since you drop the bracket on a body lift.
Speedo is off by 10mph. This is due to the gearing mentioned above. Doing the rough math whoever had it before me had it on 32s or 33s.
Exhaust - Its not bad to some but its cut off after the cab behind the cat so it gets loud. Might be bad to some might not but I am still listing it.
