I have 9" in the rears with 35+ offset, i had to use 1/2" spacer to make it flush.
I think you will stick out according this guy's calculation by 1/4"...idk.

READ-STICKY Paikmans S13 wheel fitment for dummies - Northwest Nissans
"To explain fitment on the rear for a s13, we will be first taking a wheel fitment which is proven to be somewhat close to flush on the fender and does not require rolling since many of you are crybabies. The size is 17x9 +30. Now you can do much lower such as 17x9 +15 or 17x10 +12, but it does require camber and fender pull+roll. OK anyways, so we have this wheel. The wheel itself is 9" wide which is 228.6mm and the center of the wheel/0 offset would be 114.3mm. From there we have to think. The face of the wheel is 30mm OUT so the wheel will sink in 30mm AWAY from the fender when it is actually put on the car. So the SPLpaikman calculation we come up with is 84.3 mm. This is the distance from the wheel face to the edge of the wheel. This is the ACTUAL amount of wheel that will show since the rest will be sunk in / lined up with the hub. In comparsion, a wheel sizing most of you guys have, a 17x7.5 +40 is only 52.5 mm SPL calculation. No wonder your wheels are sunken in like 2-3"! Now go get bigger rears !"
