Got Boost??, that's a great shot. Have you tried shooting RAW instead of JPEG yet?
Essentially, one of the main reasons that shot is so good is that it's got a lot of detail. If you
expose to the right and avoid blowing your highlights, you can use your RAW convertor to decrease the exposure to your liking and you'll have a great shot that's exposed exactly as you want it to be. Most importantly you will also have a lot of detail because you exposed to the right.
