We've had two 360's die in two years. Best Buy replacement plans FTW. Our PS3 is still running strong.

The 360's were so unreliable that Microsoft extended the MFG warranty to 3 years! Their failure rate is over 30% where PS3 has a measly <1%.

And being in retail i do see many more 360's returned than PS3's.
