I had the same issues. I needed doors. They made me pay them $35 to have someone come and measure, even though I had the dimensions from the guy that was going to install them for us. Then the damn door didn't fit. 3 doors, 2 were standard size, 1 was a custom size. If they had ordered the size I told them from the beginning, it would have been fine. So I had to sit there with part of my friggin wall ripped out til the new door got there...

I didn't mind paying that for the carpet, since we were doing part tile, part carpet. The sub was really good, but the Home Depot part blew.
