if you've ever owned a dodge, you'll know that powertrains on them fail like light bulbs. some last, some dont.

their transmissions leave much to be desired, unless you sell your left nut to get the beefy ones from john deere or whatever they are using now lol.



toyota was able to do the lifetime warranty because for the most part, their cars hold up fine and won't need alot of crazy service items.


thing is, most dealers will tell you that they make MORE money off warranty work anyways. not that the customer actually pays more, but the dealer gets reimbursed more for warranty work, so to them, its a good thing.
