it's non transferable. the average person gets a new car every 3-5 years. that means it's likely minus maintenance and a few bad apples here and there, most dealers won't be doing crazy warranty work, and once the car gets traded in, boom. no more warranty. by the time the 2nd owner gets it, it will likely have under 100k miles, but it will be in prime territory for things to start messing up, esp if it's a dodge

also likely to be stricter against modification too.
