Default Who WASN'T going to TRack Day 19- and why?

Well, we've all seen the announcement up top- TRack Day 19 was postponed because there just weren't enough people signed up. Now, this came as a big shock to me, as these things have always sold out quickly. I'm curious- why not this time? Is this a fluke or is this some long term trend? So, if you weren't going to TRack Day 19, why not? Obviously people who were going to go can chip in with their two cents.

I was going to go, but just to spectate, not to race. I sold my fast car and bought a slow car, and after pulling off 11's my last time out with the old car I have no interest in going out to run 16's. I was going to go with a friend to see if he could dip into the 11's with his SR20 240SX. He was holding off on signing up because the last time he signed up in advance his car broke and he missed the event.

I think maybe the same thing happened on a large scale- no critical mass built up. Enough people said "well, the list is empty, I can sign up later" that nobody did. Or could it be that nobody on this board is interested in drag racing anymore? I mean, I sold my fast car, my friend with the 240 wants to sell his soon, several other friends with fast cars have gotten out of the scene. I'd like to think not but maybe that's a long term trend I just haven't noticed.
