So, yea. I was at work and apparently a lunch lady hit my car, drove off, and then came back. Some construction worker saw it, and found me. Lady doesn't speak english, so I got another lunch lady to translate. Not really much damage, but I got her insurance info and whatnot. I filed a claims policy with her insurance, but I was wondering how this works. Has anyone been in this situation before, where an insurance company had to make a claim and pay you? Please LMK anything that would be useful.
