We get a lot of harassment from cops at our local D&D. I wrote to the Hernando County police department, whom basically gave me no advice at all.

Just an example of what happened recently. Me and 4 other friends were standing out front of a D&D drinking coffee. We were out there since were all smokers. We weren't being loud at all and were out of the way of any patrons that might pull up. Well a cop came up and said "you need to leave", i asked the police officer "even if we have products from here??", he said "yes even if you have products". I said "well can we go back in and sit down", and he said "no your leaving". Being that we were getting kicked out we were trying to discuss where to go. I guess 15 seconds was too long for us to discuss this and he started yelling asking us "why were not moving yet". Anyways we left... but that was the biggest b.s. i have ever seen in my life.
Next time, get the Badge Number or patrol number & file a complaint with the shit supervisor. That is a public establishment with facilities to sit & enjoy your purchase...

However,,, there is only one side to this story, so the owner has the right to call the popo if he didn't like the socks you were wearing...

I have been approached by cops there in the past while drinking a shake next to my bike & they never asked that I leave. They even told me where there were some roads to ride on, since the officer rode bikes as well.
