You Should have three wires Black, White, and Green with a Red Stripe. Black is ground, check continuity between that terminal and chassis ground. Unplug Pigtail if you wish or backprobe the pigtail. Green with a Red Stripe is refrence voltage from the ECM 5.0V Key On Engine Off. Finally the White wire, middle wire is Sensor out it should read 0.45V Key on Engine Off.
