depends on which job, having a knowledge of vBulletin would be a plus, but being able to learn it quick would be a plus too. Most of the jobs the biggest skill required is a positive attitude.

TR's attitude as a whole starts with the admin/supermod team, so I want people who love the site and are all about it on the team. Admins need to be people who can solve issues and work to improve their area of responsibility.
