Default Admin positions I need to fill X 7

Part of our changes is changing the role of admins. What was the job of admins previously, is now the job of supermods, hence the color change for them to the same as admins. Supermods mod the entire forum, ban users, handle disputes, fix sigs, handle infraction issues, delete spammers, do name changes etc etc.

Admins will have more specific jobs and handle the management of certain areas on the site. I need admins who are can do people, positive attitude who LOVE this site and want to make it better. I dont ever expect to hear "this sucks" or "tr is crap" from my admins unless they have a solution to the problem.

You dont need to be a mod, or supermod or even a top poster to apply for these jobs, i am more interested in your attitude and the skills you have to get the task done.

Here are the jobs:

FAQ - Manage the FAW for TR. This doesnt exist, you'll have to build it and maintain it. Looking for someone with decent writing skills. This admin will also probably intially own the TRiki (TR Wiki) when it goes online.

Gallery - This person will own the gallery, keeping it clean and functioning correctly, perhaps adding new categories or working on better ways for us to use it.

Classifieds - This admin will own the classified section, both the new system and the existing forums and work with me on moving the old towards the new, setting up categories, making small changes to it and generally working on getting TR's classifieds functioning better.

Merchandise - This admin will work on getting the site merchandise that we think we need like shirts, stickers, plate frames, mugs etc etc. As we work out we want something this person will work with other admins to get it designed, me/aharon to get it payed for and the nhelp us work out how to sell/give it out.

TR Events - This admin will work on organising car shows, BBQ's, charity events and the like. Looking for someone with some sort of event planning experience, maybe someone with contacts in local radio or something, but generally anyone who can put on events.

TR Motorsport Events (ie TRack Day) - backup for Scott. Scott is getting old, he needs someone to put in his dentures, get his cane out of his car and chew his food for him. Kidding!.. lol.. we need someone to work with him on organising TR TRack Days. These things take alot of time and effort and its to much to ask one man to do. the new admin will work for scott with this stuff, organising promotion and the like. A strong willingness to work "under" scott preferred.. LOL.

Graphics - This person will be our goto person for banners, flyers and the like.. probably work closely with our merchandising / promotions people and our code monkey (Nikon).

Now I realise some of this sounds like fulltime jobs and I'm not after that. I'm just after peopel who love the site and can devote a few hours a week to helping us run it and make it better. They dont pay anything, who knows if that will change in the future, if the site ever started to make some reasonable money we'd love to pay our staff.

All I ask is that you check the admin forum often (at least once a day if possible) and be pro-active and positive.
