Ok for starters I have a 2004 corolla 1.8L vvt-i. I am trying to replace the wire leading from the alternator to the battery. I was told that there was a 100A fuse in the line but couldnt find it. In fact, when I traced the wire from the alternator, it looks like it goes to the engine bay fuse box, and not the battery like I thought it did. The reason I am doing this is I now have a H/O alternator and need to upgrade the wiring and also install an isolater for my dual battery set-up.

ALL I need to know how how to upgrade the wire from the alternator to the battery, can anyone help me???.
