It was a scooter..but yeah, he could have reacted a little quicker, ran faster or just been smart enough to avoid the whole thing by taking the key out of it in the first place.

He's not such a smart guy and his little girl paid the price. She really took off too.... even left a burnout mark. She only had scrapes so I can joke about it.
