It is that solenoid thing...needs to be plugged in or else it won't complete the circuit. I was told I could "jump it". I may just remove the solenoid from the stock carb, plug it into the harness, and tuck it away somewhere safe until I can figure out the proper way to complete the circuit without risking a toasty Mustang.
