WHILE YOUR HEAD IS OFF AND CHANGE THE ROD BOLTS TO ARP!!!!!!!!! be safer ALL spun bearings are from cheap ls rod bolts.most say oilloss but i say thin bolts cause what i see is even with a vtec oil pump they still spin.but thats just me but if you want to do it with stock bolts i got boxes of them you can have one free come get it
