So i was driving yesterday and a cop pulled me over...................yada yada yada............ when the cop left i tried to turn on my car and all the lights came on except my car wasnt starting. Went to check if the battery terminal was loose but it was tight, i had to get a buddy to jump me. Now i checked to see if it was battery so i took it to get a test. They said it was 100%. Just wondering if its some kinda blown relay or something annoying like that. The car is a 1995 Honda Civic DX. Thanks
