Spoke too soon. At the exact same spot on the exact same road...the fucking thing started up again. This time I was able to limp it home.

Car started okay this morning and ran very strong on the way to work. On my lunch break it started with the usual low idle/stall issue. On my way home it started with the low idle/stall issue again...and the choke FINALLY kicked on about 10-minutes into my drive home. WTF.

I figure it has to be a fuel/carb issue. When it left me completely stranded on Tuesday it behaved just like a car that ran out of gas while driving down the highway.

5-minutes ago I pissed away about $450 to overnight a Holley Street Avenger 570, Holley install kit, and Carter mechanical fuel pump. That was the money that was SUPPOSED to go towards my Maximum Motorsport LCA's, caster/camber plates, and front brake lines. Guess it was something I was going to do later on down the road, but this just pushed back my 5-lug project by another 1-2 months.
