you can go about it a few ways... find a company that can buy on Yahoo! JPN (as many sellers will not ship over seas), talk to an importing company such as Memory Fab or Rare Trick who can happily attain many rare JDM stuffs for a fee, or search on the Zilvia board, the topic has been covered.
