Coil wire is fixed. Car runs well, but still has a low idle issue and of course gas is leaking from the front and rear bowls.
Come to find out that this carburator on my car was a remanufactured carb by some place called Pony Carburators who "specializes" in rebuilding and modifying the 4180 to cure it of many common issues. Perhaps this carburator isn't complete garbage just yet. Would it be worth my time swapping out the bowl gaskets? Would I even have to remove the carburator from the manifold to accomplish this?
