its 30 way adjustable, its a type-o...we helped fit them on a local 08 at the dealer...heh...then sent them off to japtrix so they could test them on their 08 track car, as they did such a great job on my tune, i wanted to help them out...as roger was mentioning he was waiting months for the coilovers to come out...i was like...I have a set here..
