Ok these are brand spanking new in the box!!! I have all 4 fire engine red... these do not have tires. i have sold the center caps so do not come wwith those... i took on pic kinda blurry but im sure u know what brand new rims look like...now im just test waters... will trade or sell let me know what u got...
