If you plan on staying all motor a good flowing header/exhaust/intake combo would be a start.

There after you should look into a set of adjustable camgears, a tunable engine management system such as hondata, ectune, neptune & some dyno time

We have seen great gains on stock internal ITR setups with cam gears & dyno tuning.
