As far as a good tranny that can take abuse is either the TKO or the tremec 3550. But they are also alot more than your average t-5/t-45. I myself still have my stock t45. Ya its gonna break eventually cause is labeled as a week tranny but Im not making much power.......yet Plus I love my first gear ratio(3.37) All the above trannys should bolt up directly to your motor.
