It seems like theres a new thread every month debating this topic and anyone who thinks the ZC is worth anything is a fool with no experience and shouldnt even respond to this thread unless they have had experience with both engines,I dropped a stock D15B with basic boltons in a 94 DX coupe and at the sametime I helped my boy drop a ZC in his 91 CRX SI also basic boltons,needless to say my coupe put almost a bus on him when we raced and he was in a CRX and I was in a coupe.....Enough said
*Also I sold that my coupe after about a year it ran hard everyday seeing 9K,his ZC lasted 2 Days it spit out a rocker arm and cracked the head down the side.
My zc ran for 8 years and had perfect compression.I sprayed the car awhile and then later boosted it up to 17 lbs.Several peopel here can vouch for it(i also attended the crx meet in orlando) and my dad drove it 3 years after i demodded it and sold it to him.With jdm engines its how it was treated before your got it.Ive seen dohc zc's go high 14's pretty stock.
