Ebay sells alot of SBC books too and they are all pretty good.
Get one with lots of pics and performance upgrades in it.

manual, but i'm thinking about ditching the clutch and getting a powerglide.
the car has a bunch of fist sized dents and the paint is shitty, but i'll be able to pull it in my stall at work and work on it when i get time; hopefully paint before christmas. i'm not a mechanic though, and what i do know about engines is limited to the cars that i have had the pleasure of owning and fixing to stay on the road. still debateing weather or not to daily the 86 or keep the 240 for a dd. thanks for the help.
